Morris Marketplace is the largest redevelopment project in Northern New Jersey. JMF Properties was selected by Colgate Palmolive to redevelop its former Distribution Center campus and transform it into an impactful lifestyle center development, containing 137,000LSF commercial shopping center with an additional 325 residential units and parking in a community where parking is scarce. JMF Properties was chosen by Colgate from a large applicant pool, including publicly traded developers, because of our broad experience in the redevelopment space. Robert W.
