Introducing 32 non-age restricted affordable rental apartments. Interested households can download the preliminary application and email the completed form to [email protected]. You may also contact the number below to request an application by mail. You must leave a message stating your request for a preliminary application, speak clearly your name, address, email, and phone number. Please allow up to 72 hours for your application to be mailed or emailed. All applications must be submitted prior to August 31st, 2024, to be included in the first random selection. A lottery will be scheduled early September, 2024. Occupancy date is scheduled for October, 2024 – December, 2024. All applicants chosen through the lottery, will be required to complete the full application, and provide the required documentation, including financial verification. Applicants moving forward with an apartment will be required to follow management’s application procedures. A $100.00 application fee is required, which includes a background check.
**Move-in date, pricing, and income limits are subject to change based on Construction timeline and the Affordable Housing program. Upon lottery selection, the application process will take several weeks to complete.
