Marketplace at Monmouth, the redevelopment of the former Fort Monmouth which has been vacant for 20 years. JMF was selected as the redeveloper by the Fort Monmouth Economic Revitalization Authority (FMERA). Aside from 400 single family and townhomes, the site will include community areas, bike and walk trails, ballfields, and amphitheater in addition to 265,000 sf of retail space. The center is located along one of the most active highways in New Jersey Route 35, with easy access to Garden State Parkway.
